
Abbie Teasdale and Joe Sullivan took the glory today in the finals of the English Amateur Championships.
Teasdale was crowned English Women’s Amateur champion with a dramatic one-hole victory in the 36-hole final against Davina Xanh.
In the English Men’s Amateur final, Royal Ashdown Forest’s Sullivan triumphed 3&1 against George Ash from Hallowes.
Two days of stroke play qualifying at Worksop and Lindrick golf clubs led to four days of match play at Lindrick.
