Neatherd High win Schools Team Championship

Neatherd High (Norfolk, pictured above) were crowned champions of the 2025 English Schools Team Championship, after shooting 84 points at the home of England Golf at Woodhall Spa.
The team of Tyler Ferrari-Heaton (36 handicap), Archie Miller (10 handicap) and Grace Burrell won, thanks to Ferrari-Heaton’s mammoth 46-point haul and Miller’s 38-point score on the Bracken Course.
Neatherd’s score saw them finish two points clear of Penrice (Cornwall), while Stover (Devon) came 3rd.
Ferrari-Heaton’s score saw him win the individual event and the June Morgan Trophy, with Stover’s Fredric Chatfield (24 handicap) in 2nd place and Guilsborough’s Laveen Pavar (21 handicap) in 3rd after both racked up 43 points. Check out the final leaderboards here.
Gravesend Grammar win Scratch Schools Team Championship on countback!

Gravesend Grammar win Scratch Schools Team Championship on countback!

Gravesend Grammar (pictured above) were the winners of the English Schools Scratch Team Championship at the home of England Golf, after pipping Essex Golf College on countback.
With Michael Haywood and brothers Justin and Patrick Chenu in the team, it was Justin who fired an impressive 2-under 71 on the Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa to also win the individual event (Tom Ward Trophy), as his counting score alongside teammate and brother Patrick (77, +4) saw Gravesend finish on +2 overall.
Oliver Brightman and Ethan Roos both shot 74s (+1), including a brilliant eagle for Brightman on the 18th, but Essex Golf College finished 2nd on countback after finishing on 148.
Bedford School finished 3rd on 152 while Kimberley School’s Millie Marsh finished 2nd overall in the individual standing after a superb 72 (-1), which included two birdies and an eagle on the par-5 14th.
